The equipment used in production allows us to install modern element base (chip components from 01005, BGA and Flip-Chip, Fine-pitch components with a lead pitch of 0.3 mm, etc.) in compliance with installation accuracy requirements. Production lines allow for installation at a speed of up to 30,000 components per hour.
